Bu çalışma, İsrail’in Gazze’de uyguladığı etnik temizlik, dini kısıtlamalar ve çok boyutlu gelişim engellemeleri gibi politikaların yol açtığı sistematik insan hakları ihlallerinin edebiyat ve sanattaki temsillerini analiz etmeyi hedeflemektedir. Söz konusu politikalar, Filistin’in köklü kültürel değerlerini aşındırarak bölgesel bir krizi insanlık tarihinin en önemli trajedilerinden birine dönüştürmüştür. Nitel araştırma yöntemleri ile yürütülen çalışma, iki temel eksene dayanmaktadır: Gazze’nin İslam dünyasındaki konumuna tarihsel bir perspektifle yaklaşan ilk bölüm, ardından gelen ve edebî eserlerdeki direniş söylemini sistematik baskılar bağlamında çözümleyen ikinci bölüm. Çalışma, insan hakları ihlallerinin yalnızca siyasî değil aynı zamanda kültürel ve insanî boyutlarını ortaya koyarken, sanatın derinlikli anlam dünyasından kopmadan politik bir farkındalık yaratmayı da başarmaktadır. Ayrıca, Filistin’de yaşananların Ortadoğu’yu olduğu kadar Batı’yı da etkilediği vurgulanmakta ve bu nedenle uluslararası düzeyde kınama, iş birliği, seminerler ve sanatsal etkinlikler yoluyla bu meselelerin kamu vicdanında canlı tutulması gerektiği belirtilmektedir. Bulgu olarak, Filistin’de yaşananların Ortadoğu’yu etkilediği oranda küresel düzeni de etkilediği vurgulanmakta, uluslararası işbirliği, akademik çalışmalar ve sanatsal üretimlerle bu meselenin insanlık vicdanında canlı tutulması gerektiği savunulmaktadır. Akademik ve estetik değeriyle bu çalışmanın, evrensel barış kültürüne katkı sunması ve gelecek araştırmalara kuramsal zemin oluşturması beklenmektedir.
This study aims to analyze the representations in literature and art of systematic human rights violations caused by Israel’s policies in Gaza, such asethnic cleansing, religious restrictions, and multi-dimensional development obstructions. These policies have eroded Palestine’s deep-rooted cultural values, transforming a regional crisis into one of the most important tragedies in human history. The study, which is conducted with qualitative research methods, is based on two main axes: the first section, which approaches Gaza’s position in the Islamic world with a historical perspective, followed by the second section, which analyzes the discourse of resistance in literary works within the context of systematic oppression.The study, while revealing the political, cultural, and humanitarian dimensions of human rights violations, also succeeds in creating political awareness without breaking away from the deep world of meaning in art. Furthermore, it is emphasized that the events in Palestine affect the Middle East as much as they do the West, and for this reason, it is stated that these issues should be kept alive in the public conscience through international condemnation, cooperation, seminars, and artistic events. As a finding, it is emphasized that the events in Palestine affect the global order as much as they do the Middle East, and it is argued that this issue should be kept alive in the human conscience with international cooperation, academic studies, and artistic productions.With its academic and aesthetic value, this study is expected to contribute to the universal culture of peace and provide a theoretical basis for future research.
