                                                                                                <abstract><p>Amaç: Bu çalışma, Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesindeki ebelik bölümü öğrencilerinde premenstrual sendrom ile yeme davranışı ve uyku kalitesi arasındaki ilişkinin değerlendirilmesi amacı ile planlanan, tanımlayıcı desende bir araştırmadır.Yöntem: Çalışmanın evrenini, Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Ebelik Bölümünde öğrenim gören 1-4. sınıf öğrencileri, örneklemini ise çalışmaya dâhil olma kriterlerini sağlayan ve gönüllü olan 354 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Çalışma verileri literatür doğrultusunda hazırlanan veri toplama formu, Premenstrual Sendrom Ölçeği (PMSÖ), Hollanda Yeme Davranışı Anketi (DEBQ) ve Pittsburgh Uyku Kalitesi İndeksi (PUKİ) ile toplanmıştır. Veriler IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 lisanslı paket programı kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir.                             <p>Aim: This study is a descriptive research planned to evaluate the relationship between premenstrual syndrome, eating behavior, and sleep quality among midwifery students at Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs University.Methods: The population of the study consisted of first- to fourth-year students enrolled in the Midwifery Department at Samsun Ondokuz Mayıs University, while the sample included 354 students who met the inclusion criteria and volunteered to participate. The study data were collected using a data collection form prepared in line with the literature, the Premenstrual Syndrome Scale (PMSS), the Dutch Eating Behavior Questionnaire (DEBQ), and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The data were analyzed using the licensed IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 package program.
