                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu araştırmanın amacı, etik liderlik ile işten ayrılma niyeti arasındakiilişkide, çalışanın yapıcı ses çıkartma davranışınınaracı etkisini belirlemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemi, Kuzey Kıbrıs TürkCumhuriyeti’nin Girne bölgesinde yer alan beş yıldızlı otel işletmelerininyiyecek içecek departmanında görev alan 204 çalışandan oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanınmodelini ve hipotezlerini test etmeden önce, araştırmada kullanılan ölçekleringeçerliliğini ortaya koymak amacıyla, açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analiziyapılmıştır. Geçerlilik sağlandıktan sonra, hipotezlerin testi için yapısaleşitlik modeli kullanılmıştır. Tespit edilen sonuçlara göre, etik liderliğin çalışanınişten ayrılma niyeti ve yapıcı ses çıkartma davranışı üzerinde etkili olduğugörülmüştür. Bu sonuca göre, araştırmanın örneklemi çerçevesinde çalışanlar,etik liderliği, hem yapıcı ses çıkartma davranışlarını hem de işten ayrılmaniyetlerini etkileyen bir unsur olarak değerlendirmektedir. Çalışanın yapıcıses çıkartma davranışının aracı rolünü belirlemeye yönelik yapılan analizneticesinde ise, etik liderlik ile işten ayrılma niyeti ilişkisinde yapıcı sesçıkartma davranışının tam aracı etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir.</p></abstract>
