                                                                                                <abstract><p>Çalışmadaörgün eğitim çerçevesinde ortaöğretim ve yükseköğretim kurumları tarafındanverilen gastronomi eğitiminin detaylı bir şekilde betimsel olarakdeğerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Ortaöğretim düzeyinde gastronomi eğitimininMesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi ile Çok Programlı Anadolu Liseleri bünyesindekiyiyecek içecek hizmetleri alanı altında verildiği tespit edilmiştir. Ön lisansve lisans düzeyinde ise gastronomi eğitiminin farklı kurumlar bünyesinde vefarklı isimler altında verildiği göze çarpmaktadır. Lisansüstü düzeyde degastronomi ile ilgili yüksek lisans ve doktora programları sayısının giderekarttığı dikkat çekmektedir. Tüm bunlar doğrultusunda ortaöğretim ve özellikleyükseköğretim düzeyinde gastronomi eğitiminin ciddi bir şekilde talep gördüğüve buna bağlı olarak üniversite, fakülte, yüksekokul ve bölüm sayısının hızlıbir şekilde artış gösterdiği söylenebilir.</p></abstract>
