                                                                                                <abstract><p>Müşterimemnuniyeti ve üretkenliğin en önemli itici güçlerinden biri olarak kabuledilen çalışan memnuniyeti, günümüzde halen otel işletmeleri için öneminikorumaktadır. Dolayısıyla, karmaşık bir yapıya sahip olan çalışan memnuniyetive çalışan memnuniyetini belirleyen faktörler farklı yönleriyle alanyazında elealınmaya devam etmektedir. Bu çalışmada,çalışan memnuniyetini belirleyen faktörlerin çalışan memnuniyeti üzerindekidoğrusal ve doğrusal olmayan etkilerini inceleyerek, müşteri memnuniyetinin üçfaktörlü teorisine göre çalışan memnuniyeti etkileyen faktörlerin sınıflandırılmasıamaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Kuşadası’nda faaliyet göstermekte olan beşyıldızlı bir otel işletmesi çalışanları üzerinde anket yöntemiyle bir uygulamayapılmış ve 264 veri elde dilmiştir. Elde edilen verilere gerçekleştirilen açıklayıcıfaktör analizi sonucunda, işarkadaşları, yönetim tarzı, işin doğası, ücret ve terfi, ek imkânlar, ödül veiletişim boyutları çalışan memnuniyeti belirleyen başlıca faktörler olaraktespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen bu faktörler ile çalışan memnuniyeti arasındadoğrusal ilişkiyi test eden regresyon analizi sonucuna göre, işin doğası,yönetim tarzı ve iş arkadaşları boyutları çalışan memnuniyetinin temel belirleyicileriolarak ortaya konulmuştur. Doğrusal olmayan ilişkiyi test eden Ceza-ÖdülKarşıtlığı analizi sonucunda, güdüleyici faktörler olarak sınıflandırılan işindoğası ve iletişim boyutları memnuniyeti belirleyicileri olarak tespitedilmiştir.</p></abstract>
