Developing The Scale of The Level of Using The Competence of Emotional Intelligence in Profession Life: Validity and Reliability Studies

This study was done to determine rehability and validity of development Emotional Intelligence Competencies Scale for Having Lewel of Profession Life. This study was done according to the data obtained from academicians teaching in five Arts and Sciences Faculties in the academic year 2002-2003_ Emotional Intelligence Competencies for Having Level of Profession Life Scale consisting of five sub-scale and seventy-trvo questions, is five-fold likert scale. Emotional Intelligence Competencies for Having Level of Profession Life Scale has total Cronbach Alpha is _96. It was done the validity and reliability studies of all sub-scales. In addition, all sub-scales validity and rehability studies were done. A result of factor analysis that was made for structional validity scales was gathered in one dimension. According to findings has shown that Emotional Intelligence Competencies for Having Level for Profession Life Scale can be used with validity and rehability in Turkey.

Duygusal Zeka Yeterliliklerini İşyaşamında Kullanma Düzeyi Ölçeğinin Geliştirilmesi: Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışmaları

Bu çaltsma, Duygusal Zeka Yeterliklerini Is yasaml/1da Kullanma DÜzeyi Ölçegi' nin geçerlik ve gÜvenillik düzeyini belirlemek amaciyla gerçeklestirilmistir. çaltsma, 2002-2003 ögretim yiltnda bes Fen-Edebiyat FakÜltesi' nde görev yapan ögretim Üyelerinden elde edilen veriler üzerinde gerçeklestirilmistir. Duygusal Zeka Yeterliklerini Is yasaminda Kullanma Düzeyi Ölçegi. bes alt ölçekten olusan 72 maddelik besli likert tipi bir ölçektir. Ölçegin toplam Cronbach Alpha GÜvenillik KatsaYIS1.96' dir. Aynca her alt ölçegin geçerlik ve gÜvenirlik çaltsmalan da yapzlmistir. Yapi geçerligi için yapzlan faktör analizi sonuçlan, her alt ölçeginin tek boyutlu oldugu sonucunu vermistir. Elde edilen bulgulGl~ölçegin Türkiye' de geçerli ve gÜvenilir olarak kullal1llabilecegini göstermistir_
