                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışmada, derin sac çekme işlemi esansında baskı plakası kuvvetine bağlı olarak kap ağzında oluşan kulaklaşmalar deneysel olarak incelenmiştir. Model olarak 2 mm kalınlığa sahip Al 1050 sac malzemesi kullanılmıştır. Zımba ilerlemesine bağlı olarak sabit ve değişken baskı kuvvetlerinin etkileri karşılaştırılmıştır. Değişken baskılı çekmelerde değişim eğrilerindeki farklılıkların kap yüksekliğine ve kulaklaşmaya olan etkileri de incelenmiştir. Sabit baskı plakası kuvvetinin çekme derinliği ile doğru orantılı olduğu görülmüştür. Ancak, buna bağlı olarak ta kap ağzında kulaklaşmaların arttığı gözlenmiştir. Literatürde yer alan çalışmalardan teorik, deneysel ve sayısal yollarla elde edilmiş farklı baskı tiplerinin sonuca doğrudan etkidiği gözlenmiştir. Daha derin ve daha düzgün bir kap elde etmek için baskı kuvvetinin çekme boyunca değiştirilmesi gerektiği gözlenmiştir.</p></abstract>

                            <p>r force in cylindrical deep drawing process. Al 1050 aluminum sheet metal, which has 2 mm thickness, is used as a sample. The effects of constant and variable blank holder forces depend on the punch displacement are compared. The effects of different blank holding types, which is drawn under the variable blank holder forces, are compared as well. It is understand that constant blank holder force is directly proportional with cup height. Meanwhile, increasing of the earring is observed depend on the increasing of constant blank holder force. It is seen that BHF types (which are taken part in the previous studies and obtained by theoretically, experimentally and numerically) are directly affect the result. In order to obtain deeper and smoother cup, it is observed that BHF must be varied during the deep drawing.</p></trans-abstract>
