<p>This article includes the acroteria finds identified in the Archaic period settlements of the Troad Re-gion by previous researchers and the author. Within the scope of the master&#039;s thesis from which the article is derived, the pieces identified as acroteria have been separated as a result of the survey con-ducted by the author in the region in 2019 and the examination of the architectural terracotta finds in the Troy Museum storages and literature reviews. Although few in number and not entirety recovered, they allow us to make inferences about their stylistic features and their positioning on the roof. In light of the available data, the acroteria finds have been stylistically examined, and the influence of Anatolia, the Greek mainland, and island cultures on the region has been investigated. Although we do not yet have sufficient information about the manufacturing centers, it is possible for us to state our opinion about the cultures that influenced them. When the acroteria findings identified so far as a result of the surveys and museum studies conducted in the cities in the region are examined, it can be said that volute acroteria is commonly used in the center of the roofs. The origin of this usage is known to be Eastern Greek. Additionally, among the central acroteria types recovered from Kebre-ne, volute acroteria with East Greek influence, acroteria with gorgon depiction with Attica influence, and disc acroteria with Lakonia (Sparta) type were founded, indicates that the city was influenced by different cultures. However, in order to better understand the usage and diversity of acroteria in the Archaic Period cities in the region, further studies on this subject are required.</p></trans-abstract>
