                            <p>Their families and schools to monitor the children&#039;s development and are subject to the need for a school to support psycho-social team. Located within and ecological point of view adopted child of school social workers this team, with a view to examining the systems in which the school is developing interventions at family and community levels. Children and family oriented draw attention to the importance of school social workers in solving problems and specialist children and families with clinical they have to work and macros that work with 250 social workers carried out to demonstrate skills are involved. Created by questionnaire must-have for working with children and families and efficacy clinical skills of participants regarding the macro has been studied to determine. According to the findings of social services professionals they see themselves highly enough to have the necessary skills for working with children and families. The data obtained from this research with professional knowledge and skills of social work practice has been concluded the necessity of the employment of social workers in the light of their school environment.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Aile ve okul ortamlarında çocukların gelişimini takip etmek ve desteklemek için bir okul psiko- sosyal ekibine ihtiyaç söz konusudur. Bu ekibin içinde yer alan ve ekolojik bakış açısını benimseyen okul sosyal hizmet uzmanları çocuğu, içinde bulunduğu sistemler perspektifiyle inceleyerek okul, aile ve toplum düzeylerinde müdahaleler geliştirmektedir. Çocuk ve aile odaklı sorunların çözümünde okul sosyal hizmet uzmanlarının önemine dikkat çekmek ve uzmanların çocuk ve ailelerle çalışmada sahip oldukları klinik ve makro becerileri ortaya koymak amacıyla gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmaya 250 sosyal hizmet uzmanı katılmıştır. Oluşturulan anket formu ile çocuk ve ailelerle çalışmada sahip olunması gereken klinik ve makro becerilere ilişkin katılımcıların yeterlilik algıları saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre sosyal hizmet uzmanları çocuk ve ailelerle çalışmada sahip olunması gereken becerilere ilişkin kendilerini yüksek oranda yeterli görmektedirler. Sosyal hizmetin mesleki bilgi ve uygulama becerileri ile araştırmadan elde edilen veriler ışığında sosyal hizmet uzmanlarının okul ortamlarında istihdam edilmelerinin gerekliliği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.</p></abstract>
