Öz

Türk ve Batılı tarihçiler tarafından Viyana bozgunundan sonra yazılan Türkiye kaynaklı anılar, özgeçmişler ve yöresel tarihçelerden biri olarak gerek içeriği, gerek özgünlüğü nedeniyle sevilmiş ve tanınmış bulunan Tamışvar'lı Osman Ağa'nın anıları E. J. W. Gibb vakfından yeni dizinin 28. eseri olarak Richard F. Kreutel tarafından bir kez daha yayınlanmıştır. Kitab-ı inşa, Tercümanlara Lazım Bazı Mükâlemeler ve yine ona atfedilen ve bir nüshası Köprülü Kütüphanesi Hafız Ahmed Paşa dermesi arasında bulunan Nemçe Tarihi sahibi olan Osman Ağa'nın bu eserini Biritish Museum'a kazandıran A. Kremer olmuştur. Metni Almancaya çevirip yayınlayan ise O. Spies'dir.
