Sleeve gastrektomi sonrası gelişen stapler kaçakları yönetimi üzerine kullandığımız endoskopik VAC sistemininin nasıl çalıştığını ve faydalarını gösteren bir olguyu sunmaktayız. Bu olgumuzda laparoskopik sleeve gastrektomi sonrasında gelişen stapler hattı kaçağı sonrasında oluşan abse lojunun öncesinde endoskopik VAC uygulaması ile daha küçük bir poş haline getirildiğini ve ardından stent uygulanması ile kaçak hatttının tamamen onarıldığını sunuyoruz. Bu şekilde stapler kaçaklarının onarımına ilişkin kombine uygulamaların kaçak yönetiminde daha etkin bir işlev sağladığını gösteriyoruz.
A case demonstrating the function and benefits of the endoscopic VAC system use in the management of stapler leaks developing after sleeve gastrectomy is presented.In this case, we present how the abscess lodge formed after a stapler line leak following laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy was first reduced to a smaller pouch using endoscopic VAC application, and then the leak line was completely repaired with stent placement. In this way, we show that combined applications for stapler leak repair provide a more effective function in leak management.
