Bu çalışma, ülkelerin yaşamında önemli bir yere sahip olan ve siyasal iletişimin en önemli aktörleri arasında yer alan siyasetçilerin/politikacıların internet haber siteleri, Twiter, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, Telegram, Reddit vb. yeni medya teknolojilerinde etik ilkelerin ihlaline yönelik paylaşım örneklerini ele almaktır. Bu bağlamda öncelikle etik kavramı, etik kurallar, yeni medya, sosyal medya ve siyasal iletişimde etik kuralların dayanakları açıklanmaya çalışmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında son yıllarda kullanım alanı hergeçen gün genişleyen ve etki oranı git gide artan sosyal medyada yaşanan etik sorunlarda öne çıkan unsurlara değinilmiştir. Daha sonra yeni medya organları kullanılarak siyasetçiler tarafından etik kuralların ihlal edildiği düşünülen paylaşımlar tespit edilmiştir. İnceleme kapsamında elde edilen paylaşımlar, söylem analizinin bir türü olan eleştirel söylem analizi kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan analizlerde nefret söylemin varlığı, üretilen içeriklerin olgunlaşmadan ve doğruluğunun teyit edilmeden yayılması ile içeriğin asıl kaynağının gösterilmemesi hususlarının yeni medyada etik sorunlarda öne çıkan unsurlar arasında olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, günümüzde yaşanan siyasi gelişmeler incelendiğinde, siyasal aktörlerin verdiği tepki ve bilgilendirmelerin vatandaş nezdinde yoğun bir ilgi gördüğü saptanmıştır. Bu durum da siyasi aktörlerin tepki verirken veya partileri adına yürüttükleri faaliyetlerini kamuoyunun bilgisine sunarken etik kurallar çerçevesinde iletişim sağlamalarının yanı sıra vatandaşla bilgi paylaşımı yaparken şeffaflık, güvenilirlik, dürüstlük vb. ilkelere özen göstererek kamuoyunu bilgilendirmelerinin gerekliliğini ortaya çıkarmıştır.
In this study, the internet news sites of politicians/politicians, who have an important place in the life of countries and are among the most important actors of political communication, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, Telegram, Reddit, etc. The aim is to address sharing examples of violations of ethical principles in new media technologies. In this context, firstly, the concept of ethics, ethical rules, new media, social media and the basis of ethical rules in political communication have been tried to be explained. Within the scope of the study, the prominent elements in the ethical problems experienced in social media, the usage area of which has been expanding day by day and the effect rate has been increasing, has been mentioned. Afterwards, the posts that were thought to violate the ethical rules by the politicians were determined by using new media organs. The shares obtained within the scope of the analysis were evaluated using critical discourse analysis, which is a type of discourse analysis. In the analyzes made, it has been determined that the presence of hate speech, the dissemination of the produced content before it matures and without confirming its accuracy, and the fact that the original source of the content is not shown are among the prominent factors in ethical problems in new media. As a result, when the current political developments are examined, it has been determined that the reactions and information given by the political actors attract a great deal of attention from the citizens. In this case, while political actors react or present their activities on behalf of their parties to the public, they provide communication within the framework of ethical rules, as well as transparency, reliability, honesty, etc. when sharing information with citizens. It has revealed the necessity of informing the public by paying attention to the principles.
