Kitâb-ı 'İlâc-nâme 963 1556 yılında istinsah edilmiş bir tıp metnidir. Eserin içeriği incelendiğinde bunun Kemâliyye adlı tıp eserinin bir kopyası olduğu fakat farklı adlandırıldığı anlaşılmaktadır. XVI. yüzyılın ikinci yarısına ait olan eser Türkiye Türkçesinin kelime tabanlarındaki ve eklerindeki bazı fonetik gelişmelerini ve değişmelerini göstermektedir. Bazı kelime ve ekler 'İlâc-nâme'de zaman zaman gelişmeli şekilleriyle birlikte kullanılmıştır. Bu yönüyle eser, kalıplaşmış eski imlanın gizlediği bazı dil hususiyetlerini göstermesi bakımından dikkat çekicidir
Kitâb-ı 'İlâc-nâme was a kind of medical book reproduced in 963 1556 . When the content of the book is investigated, it is found out that the work was a copy of Kemâliyye, which was a book of medicine at that time and named differently. Published in the second half of the XVIth Century, the book demonstrates some phonetic changes in the word roots and suffixes in Turkish. Also, the original forms of the words and suffixes were occasionally used together with the changed forms. Therefore, the work draws attention as it shows some language features hidden in the old stereotyped ortography
