A Note on Nationalism: According to Kohn, "Nationalism is a political creed that underlies the cohesion of modern societies and legimitizes their claim to authority. Nationalism centers the supreme loyalty of the overwhelming majority of the people upon the nation-state, either ezisting or desired."
