Çalışmanın amacı, özel eğitim okullarında görev yapan beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin beden eğitimi ders programlarına ve derslerinde karşılaştıkları sorunlara ilişkin görüşlerinin incelenmesidir. Mevcut çalışma, nitel araştırma kapsamında mülakat yöntemi ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırma kapsamında, Yozgat ve Ankara illerinde özel eğitim okullarında görev yapan 8 beden eğitimi öğretmeni ile yarı-yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kapsamında görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Görüşmeler yoluyla toplanan veriler kodlanarak kategorilere ayrılmış ve bu kategoriler altında veriler düzenlenerek anlamlı bir bütün haline getirilmiştir. Katılımcıların görüşleri doğrudan olduğu gibi aktarılmıştır. İfadeler analiz sonucunda şekillere dönüştürülmüş ve frekansları belirlenmiştir. Verilerin modellenmesi sürecinde ise MAXQDA paket programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, öğretim programlarının bazı durumlarda yetersiz olduğu, kapsayıcılık açısından eksiklikler barındırdığı ve uygulanabilir olmayan hedefler içerdiği de ifade edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin bireysel yetersizliklerinin derslerin işlenişine engel oluşturduğu vurgulanmıştır
The aim of the study is to examine the opinions of physical education and sports teachers working in special education schools regarding physical education curriculum and the problems they encounter in their lessons. The current study was conducted using the interview method within the scope of qualitative research. Within the scope of the research, interviews were conducted with 8 physical education teachers working in special education schools in Yozgat and Ankara provinces within the scope of the semi-structured interview form. The data collected through the interviews were coded and categorized, and the data were organized under these categories and turned into a meaningful whole. The opinions of the participants were directly conveyed as they were. The expressions were converted into figures as a result of the analysis and their frequencies were determined. The MAXQDA package program was used in the modeling process of the data. As a result of the research, it was also stated that the curriculum was inadequate in some cases, had deficiencies in terms of inclusiveness and included impractical targets. It was emphasized that the individual inadequacies of the students hindered the processing of the lessons.
