                            <p>Todayaviation industry is considered as a critical sector in which information technologiesare highly employed and global technological improvements are accuratelyfollowed. In this research, the association between perceived organizationaljustice and information technological productivity concepts is scrutinizedusing the theories namely social exchange, participation, organizationalempowerment, expectation and information asymmetry. In this concept, data(n=188) is collected from general aviaton pilots operating in Turkey usinge-mails. The results of the analyses (exproratory and confirmatory factoranalyses, correlations, multiple linear regressions) show that perceivedorganizational justice siginificanly increases information technologicalproductivity. In detail, while its all four sub-dimensions namely perceiveddistributive, transactional, procedural and commutative justices increaseinformation technological productivity, only perceived commutative justicedimension’s impact is not statistically significant. Findings are discussedwith the related studies in the literature.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Günümüzdehavacılık sektörü, bilgi teknolojilerinin yoğun olarak kullanıldığı ve küreselgelişmelerin güncel olarak takip edildiği kritik alanlardan birisidir. Yapılanbu çalışmada örgütsel adalet algısı ile teknolojik anlamda iş verimi arasındakietkileşimi belirlemek amacıyla sosyal değişim kuramı, katılım kuramı, örgütselgüçlendirme kuramı, beklenti kuramı ve bilgi asimetrisi kuramlarıirdelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda Türkiye’de genel havacılık kurallarına göre faaliyetgösteren havacılık işletmelerinde çalışan pilotlardan elektronik posta yoluylaveriler (n=188) toplanmıştır. Yapılan analizler (keşfedici ve doğrulayıcıfaktör analizi, korelasyon ve çoklu regresyon analizi) neticesinde, örgütseladalet algısının alt boyutlarından dağıtımsal, işlemsel ve kişiler arasıilişkisel adalet algılarının işgörenin teknolojik verimliliğini anlamlı düzeydeyükselttiği tespit edilmiştir. Bilgisel adalet algısının ise teknolojikverimlilik üzerindeki etkisinin pozitif yönlü fakat istatistiksel olarakanlamlı düzeyde olmadığı görülmüştür. Elde edilen sonuçlar literatürde ilişkiliolduğu değerlendirilen çalışmalar kapsamında tartışılmıştır.</p></abstract>
