                                                                                                <abstract><p>1990’lardan itibaren küresel ticarientegrasyonve mal hareketleri artmış, bununla birlikte pazarda çok sayıda aktöryer almaya başlamıştır. Firmalar rekabet avantajı kazanabilmek ve varlıklarınısürdürebilmek için değer zincirinin önemli temelfaaliyetlerinden birisi olan &quot;lojistiğe&quot;ayrı önem vermeye başlamıştır. Uluslararası ticaret ile doğrudanilişkisi olan sektörün oyuncuları olarak lojistik firmaların kendilerinistratejik olarak konumlandırmaları yerlerini güçlendirecek, olası olumsuzetkilerden uzak kalmalarını sağlayacak, nihayetinde ekonomilerinin dış ticarethacmine olumlu katkılar yapacaktır.Bu bağlamda çalışmanın amacı; Türk lojistik firmalarının küreselrekabete cevap verebilmek maksadıyla kendilerini stratejik olarak nasılkonumlandırdığını ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Delphi tekniği ile AHP ve SPACE analizlerientegre edilerek uygulanan bir alan araştırmasıylaTürkiye’deki lojistikfirmalarının stratejik pozisyon ve yönelimleri tespit edilmiştir. Genelliklemuhafazakar stratejiler uygulayan bu firmalara elde edilen bulgular ışığındarekabet avantajlarını artırabilecek çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.</p></abstract>

                            <p>Since 1990s, globaltrade integration and commodity movements have increased, and lots of newactors have started to appear in the market.Companies have begun to give aspecial importance to &quot;logistics&quot; that is one of the core businessoperations in the value chain in order to gain competitive advantage and continueexistence. Logistics sector has a direct relationship to the internationaltrade, and for logistics companies as logistics sector players, strategicallypositioning of themselves can be strengthened their place, keep away frompossible negative effects, and finally make positive contributions to their nationalforeign trade volume.This study aimedto demonstrate how Turkish logistics firms need to strategically positionthemselves to respond to global competition. According to this aim, thestrategic positions and orientations of the logistics companies in Turkey havebeen determined through a field research which is implemented by integrating Delphitechnique, AHP and SPACE analyzes. According to findings, some recommendations havegiven to increase competitive advantage to these companies which are generallyapplying conservative strategies.</p></trans-abstract>
