                            <p>Livinga happy and peaceful life is a situation desired by everyone. Individuals facemany problems both in their private and professional lives. Especially in theevent that the person fails to solve the problems he/she encounters at theworkplace, it is possible that his/her work engagement diminishes, he/she wantsto turn over or seek another job that would psychologically feel better. Theaim of this studyis to test the mediating role of work engagement in the impactof psychological well-being on turnover intention. The sample of this studyconsists of 263 employees who work in the media, communication and publishingand culture, art and design sectors and also volunteered for participating inthe study. In order to test the research model, Structural Equation Model andpath analysis has been used. According to the result of theresearch, psychological well-being has a negative effect on the turnoverintention and there is a partial mediating effect of work engagement on theeffect of psychological well-being on turnover intention.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Herbirey mutlu ve huzurlu bir hayat geçirmek arzu eder. Kişiler özel ve işhayatlarında pek çok sorun ve problemle karşı karşıya kalmaktadırlar. Özellikle,kişinin işyerinde karşılaştığı sorunları çözememesi durumunda, çalışmayatutkunluğun azalması, psikolojik olarak kendini daha iyi hissetmesi için başkabir işin üstesinden gelmek veya başka bir iş aramak istemesi mümkündür. Buçalışmanın amacı psikolojik iyi-oluşun işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindekietkisinde çalışmaya tutkunluğun aracı rolünü test etmektir. Araştırmanınörneklemini İstanbul’da medya, iletişim ve yayıncılık ile kültür, sanat vetasarım sektörlerinde çalışan ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 263 çalışanoluşturmuştur. Araştırma modelinin test edilmesinde yapısal eşitlik analizikullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre, psikolojik iyi-oluşun işten ayrılmaniyeti üzerinde negatif yönlü etkisi vardır ve bu etkide çalışmaya tutkunluğunkısmi aracı rolü bulunmaktadır.</p></abstract>
