                            <p>One of the most important problems in workinglife is occupational accidents. Occupational accidents cause socially andeconomically significant loss both in developed and developing countries. Manylegal arrangements have been made in our country to prevent occupationalaccidents. However, the statistics of the occupational accident show that theseregulations can not reach success. Research show that more human-focusedapproaches to the prevention of occupational accidents are needed. In thiscontext, to provide and develop the safety culture, which is described as thesub-function of organizational culture, in work environment emerges as animportant issue in the prevention of occupational accidents. In this study, the effects of work safetyclimate perception on employee satisfaction in companies belonging to differenthazard groups such as health, construction and manufacturing sector wereinvestigated. The research was conducted on 109 employees. Relational andinteractive research model has been established as a method of research andthese relations are interpreted by correlation and regression analysis. Thequestionnaire was used as a data collection technique. As a result of theresearch, it is found that there is a positive relationship between jobsecurity culture and employee satisfaction level. The validity and reliabilitystudy of the scale was applied for the first time on the basis of the sector.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Çalışma hayatındakarşılaşılan sorun alanlarından en önemlisi iş kazalarıdır. İş kazaları hemgelişmiş hem de gelişmekte olan ülkelerde önemli sosyal ve ekonomik kayıplara yolaçmaktadır. İş kazalarının önlenmesi adına, ülkemizde pek çok yasal düzenlemeyapılmasına rağmen, yapılan bu düzenlemelerin başarıya ulaşamadığı iş kazasıistatistiklerinde görülmektedir. Araştırmalar, iş kazalarının önlenmesineyönelik daha insan odaklı yaklaşımlar gerektiğini göstermektedir. Bu bağlamda,iş kazalarının önlenmesinde, işyerinde örgüt kültürünün bir alt fonksiyonuolarak tanımlanan bir güvenlik kültürünün oluşturulmasının önemi gündemegelmektedir. Bu araştırmada İstanbul’da sağlık, inşaat ve imalat sektörü gibifarklı tehlike gruplarına ait firmalarda iş güvenliği iklimi algısının, işgörenmemnuniyetine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırma 109 işgören üzerindegerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın yöntemi olarak ilişkisel ve etkileşimselaraştırma modeli kurulmuş olup bu ilişkiler korelasyon ve regresyon analizleriile yorumlanıştır. Veri toplama tekniği olarak yazılı soru formundan (anket)yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda iş güvenliği kültürü ile işgörenmemnuniyet düzeyi arasında pozitif ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada daha önce geçerlilik ve güvenilirlikçalışması yapılmış ölçek sektör bazında ilk kez uygulanmıştır.</p></abstract>
