                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu nicel araştırmanın amacı, okullarda karanlık liderlik, yaratıcı düşünme becerileri ve yıldırma olguları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Genel tarama modeli kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen çalışma, 2024–2025 öğretim yılında Zonguldak ilinde Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı çeşitli eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan 272 öğretmeni kapsamaktadır. Katılımcılar, uygun örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenmiştir. Veri toplama araçları olarak karanlık liderlik, yaratıcı düşünme becerileri ve yıldırma ölçekleri kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin normal dağılıma uygunluğu doğrulanmış ve parametrik testler uygulanmıştır. Bulgular, öğretmenlerin okul ortamlarında karanlık liderlik davranışlarını nadiren deneyimlediklerini göstermektedir. Ayrıca, karanlık liderlik ile yaratıcı düşünme becerileri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmazken, yıldırma ile yaratıcı düşünme becerileri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Bu sonuçlar, psikolojik baskının yaratıcı düşünme süreçleri üzerindeki etkisine işaret etmektedir.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>The aim of this quantitative study is to examine the relationship among dark leadership, creative thinking skills, and bullying phenomena in schools. Conducted using a general screening model, the study involves 272 teachers working in various educational institutions affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in Zonguldak during the 2024–2025 academic year. Participants were selected through a purposive sampling method. Data collection instruments included scales measuring dark leadership, creative thinking skills, and bullying. The normality of the obtained data was confirmed, and parametric tests were applied. Findings indicate that teachers rarely experience dark leadership behaviors within the school environment. Furthermore, no significant relationship was found between dark leadership and creative thinking skills, whereas a statistically significant relationship was identified between bullying and creative thinking skills. These results suggest that psychological pressure may impact creative thinking processes.</p></trans-abstract>
