For this purpose, WinXComcomputer program was run at energies&amp;nbsp;from&amp;nbsp; 1 ke V to 100 Ge V. Theeffective atomic numbers andelectron densities werecalculated using the mass attenuation coefficients of antioxidant. Finally, it was foundthat the values of µρ decreased with increasinggamma energy by means of differentinteraction mechanism and the values ofinvestigated parameters were found to be changedwith the incoming photon energy andchemical content of the antioxidantsThe calculated values were comparedwith each other.</p>
