                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu araştırmada yaratıcı drama çalışmalarının 11. sınıf öğrencilerinin depresif belirti ve öz kavramları üzerine olan etkileri araştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Ankara ilinde Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı bir lisede 11. sınıfa devam eden 32 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada ön-test- son-test kontrol gruplu deneysel yöntemden faydalanılmıştır. Yaratıcı drama uygulamaları 12 hafta, haftada bir gün, toplam 18 saat uygulanmıştır. Araştırma verileri Demografik Bilgi Formu, Çocuklar için Depresyon Ölçeği ve Piers-Harris Çocuklar için Öz Kavram Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Analiz için yaratıcı drama eğitiminin etkisini ölçmek amacıyla “eşleştirilmiş t testi” (paired-sample t test) kullanılmıştır. Gruplar arası karşılaştırmalar ise “bağımsız– örneklem t testi” (independent-samples t test) ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda yaratıcı drama eğitiminin yapıldığı deney grubunda bulunan öğrencilerin Çocuk Depresyon Ölçeği puanları anlamlı olarak düşerken, Piers-Harris Çocuklar İçin Öz Kavram Ölçeği puanlarının ise anlamlı olarak arttığı görülmüştür. Başlangıçta deney ve kontrol grubu arasında istatistiksel olarak herhangi bir farklılık bulunmazken, yaratıcı drama çalışmaları sonrasında depresif belirti ve öz kavram düzeylerinde her iki grup arasında anlamlı farklılıklar saptanmıştır. Benzer çalışmaların farklı yaş dönemlerinde ve yaş gruplarında yapılması önerilmektedir.</p></abstract>
