                            <p>The main purpose of this research is to reveal the effect of the level of trust in social media on obtaining health information in digital environments. The research, in which the quantitative research method was used, was conducted with a sample of 402 volunteer participants in the population of citizens between the ages of 18-65 living in Konya. As a result of the analysis, It has been determined that the level of trust in social media has a significant and positive effect on obtaining health information in the digital environment. Similarly, as daily social media usage time increases, there is also an increase in obtaining health information in digital environments. Additionally, it has been determined that the level of trust in social media and obtaining health information in the digital environment differs according to gender. Again, in the study, it was determined that the duration of social media use had a partial mediator role in the relationship between trust in social media and obtaining health information and confirmation behavior in digital environment.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, sosyal medyaya güven düzeyinin dijital ortamlarda sağlık bilgisi edinme üzerindeki etkisini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Nicel araştırma yönteminin kullanıldığı araştırma Konya’da yaşayan 18-65 yaş arasında bulunan vatandaşlar evreninde 402 gönüllü katılımcı örnekleminde yapılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda; sosyal medyaya güven düzeyinin, dijital ortamda sağlık bilgisi edinme üzerinde anlamlı ve pozitif bir etkisi bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Benzer şekilde günlük sosyal medya kullanım süresi arttıkça, dijital ortamlarda sağlık bilgisi edinmede de bir artış yaşanmaktadır. Ayrıca sosyal medyaya güven düzeyi ile dijital ortamda sağlık bilgisi edinmenin cinsiyete göre farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Yine çalışmada sosyal medyaya güven ile dijital ortamlarda sağlık bilgisi edinme ve teyit davranışı arasındaki ilişkide sosyal medya kullanım süresinin kısmi aracılık rolü olduğu belirlenmiştir.</p></abstract>
