                            <p>In cases where the chemical composition of the raw material changes significantly in the cement industry, pre-homogenization processes are required. The ideal method for both pre-homogenization of raw materials and stocking at high capacities is the effective use of stacker and recovery systems. The most common stacking methods are Chevron, Windrow and Cone Shell. However, circular and longitudinal batch preparation methods of the Chevron system are widely preferred in the cement industry. Both methods have advantages and disadvantages in the correct preparation and use of raw material mixtures. In this study, the effects of raw mixture batches formed by two different raw material blending methods belonging to two different cement factories on cement production quality were examined. For this purpose, raw meal production performance criteria and targets were determined and performance evaluation was made by comparing the quality parameters obtained before and after optimization. Lime saturation factor (LSF), Silicate module and alumina module and alite (C3S) parameters module, which are among the most critical elements of clinker production, were taken into consideration in performance evaluations. As a performance criterion, it is aimed to reduce the standard deviation in raw meal production below 6%. For this purpose, firstly, Netcad Netpromine program was used by reviewing the quarry bench blasting and hole patterns, raw material preparation process, crusher, stacker and reclaimer equipment operations. The raw meal standard deviations were reduced below 6% in both blending methods, resulting in a more stable and homogeneous production.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Çimento endüstrisinde hammadde kimyasal bileşiminin büyük ölçüde değiştiği durumlarda, ön homojenleştirme işlemlerine gerek duyulmaktadır. Ham maddelerin hem ön homojenizasyonu hem de yüksek kapasitelerde stoklanması için ideal olan yöntem istifleyici ve geri kazanım sistemlerinin etkili bir şekilde kullanılmasıdır. En yaygın kullanılan istifleme yöntemleri Chevron, Windrow ve Cone Shell&#039;dir. Fakat çimento sektöründe yaygın olarak Chevron sistemine ait dairesel ve boyuna yığın hazırlama yöntemleri tercih edilmektedir. Her iki yöntemin de ham madde karışımlarının doğru bir şekilde hazırlanmasında ve kullanılmasında kendine göre avantaj ve dezavantajları vardır. Bu çalışma da iki farklı çimento fabrikasına ait iki farklı hammadde harmanlama yöntemi ile oluşturulan ham karışım yığınlarının çimento üretimine etkileri incelenmiştir. Bunun için farin üretimi performans kriterleri ve hedefleri belirlenerek optimizasyon öncesi ve sonrasında elde edilen kalite parametrelerinin karşılaştırılmasıyla performans değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Performans değerlendirmelerinde klinker üretiminin en kritik unsurlarından olan kireç doygunluk faktörü (LSF), silikat modülü, alümina modülü ve alit (C3S) parametresi dikkate alınmıştır. Performans kriteri olarak farin üretimindeki standart sapmaların %6’ nın altına düşürülmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bunun için ilk olarak ocak üretimaynaları, patlatmalar ve delik paternleri, hammadde hazırlama prosesi, kırıcı, istifleyici ve kazıyıcı ekipman operasyonları gözden geçirilerek Netcad Netpromine programından yararlanılmıştır. Farin standart sapmaları her iki harmanlama yönteminde de %6’ nın altına düşürülmüş ve daha istikrarlı homojen bir üretim gerçekleştirilmesi sağlanmıştır.</p></abstract>
