Bariatrik Cerrahi İle Problemli Yeme Davranışı Arasındaki İlişki

Öz

Bariatrik cerrahi, obezite tedavisinde etkili bir yöntem olarak kullanılmaktadır. Ancak, problemli yeme davranışları hem ameliyat öncesinde hem de sonrasında ortaya çıkabilmektedir. Bu derleme, bariatrik cerrahi ile anoreksiya nervoza, bulimia nervoza, tıkınırcasına yeme bozukluğu ve duygusal yeme gibi problemli yeme davranışları arasındaki ilişkiyi ele almaktadır. Ayrıca, ameliyat sonrası süreçte bu davranışların nasıl şekillendiği ve yönetildiği incelenmektedir. Bu derlemenin amacı, bariatrik cerrahi geçirmiş hastalarda problemli yeme davranışlarının görülme sıklığını, nedenlerini ve etkilerini değerlendirmektir.
