Testicular torsion after varicocelectomy

Abstract

Testicular torsion is a real urological emergency which can occur at any age including childhood; and the factors such as trauma, congenital abnormalities of the testes and adds, Undescended testicles are involved in the etiology. In the present study, a 34 years old patient diagnosed with infertility and following bilateral subinguinal varicocelectomy an actual torsion on the left testicular was aimed to present.

Varikoselektomi sonrası gelişen testis torsiyonu

Abstract

Testis torsiyonu, çocukluk dahil her yaşta görülür. Etyolojide travma, testis ve eklerinin konjenital anomalileri, inmemiş testis gibi faktörler yer alabilir. Bu vakada, 34 yaşında infertilite tanısı olan bilateral subinguinal varikoselektomiyi takiben gerçekleşen sol testis torsiyonu anlatılmıştır..
