Abstract

Benign prostat hiperplazisi sık gözlenen bir ürolojik patolojidir. 500 gramdan büyük prostat ağırlığına sahip dev prostat olguları nadir görülmektedir. Çalışmamızda suprapubik transvezikal prostatektomi yapılan 586 gramlık dev prostat olgusunu literatür eşliğinde sunmaya çalıştık
