Abstract

Mesanenin inguinal kanala herniasyonu nadir gözlenen bir patolojidir ve genellikle asemptomatiktir. Mesanenin büyük boyutlara ulaşmış inguinoskrotal hernileri görülebilmekte ve bunlar skrotal sistosel olarak isimlendirilmektedir. Bu çalışmamızda, şiddetli alt üriner sistem semptomları ve mesane taşı nedeni ile kliniğimize başvuran ve gerekli değerlendirme sonrası cerrahi uygulanan skrotal sistosel olgusu sunulmaktadır

Scrotal cystocele: A rare cause of massive inguinoscrotal swelling

Abstract

Herniation of the urinary bladder into the inguinal canal is a rare pathology and is usually asymptomatic. The inguinoscrotal hernias of the bladder can be seen in large sizes and are called scrotal cystocele. In this study, a patient is presented who admitted to our clinic with lower urinary tract symptoms, bladder stone and were operated after the required evaluations
