Bazı çerezlik kabak hatlarında SSR markır analizi

Öz

Bu araştırmada farklı kabak genotiplerinde çalışabilecek SSR primer kombinasyonlarını belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada agronomik özellikler bakımından seçilen 47 çerezlik kabak genotipinde daha önce çeşitli kabakgil türlerinde geliştirilen toplam 79 SSR primer kombinasyonu test edilmiştir. Farklı genotiplerin DNA’larının karıştırılmasıyla elde edilen DNA, bütün primerlerle test edilmiştir. Bütün primerlerden 16 adedinin güvenilir bant verdiği belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmadan elde edilen bulgular başarılı bulunan primerlerin ilişki haritalaması, safiyet testlemesi ve yeni markır geliştirme çalışmalarında kullanılabileceğini göstermiştir.
