Şekil ve konum bozukluğu gösteren maksiller anterior dişlere direkt kompozit rezin ile estetik düzenlemeler: 4 olgu sunumu
Öz
Anterior dişlerde görülen renk, şekil ve konum
bozuklukları gibi estetik sorunların tedavisinde kullanılan protetik yöntemler
esnasında fazla miktarda diş kesimi yapılması, özellikle genç bireylerde
psikolojik sorunlar yaratmakta ve bu işlemler dişeti ve çevre dokularda
harabiyet oluşturmaktadır. Bu tür dişlerin tedavisinde kuronlara alternatif
olarak çeşitli teknikler ve materyaller kullanılmasına rağmen, daha çok
konservatif yöntemler üzerinde durulmaktadır. Günümüzde kompozit rezin
materyallerin ve dentin adeziv sistemlerin gelişmesine paralel olarak direkt
kompozit restorasyonların endikasyon alanları genişlemiştir. Bu tür uygulamalar;
minimal preparasyon gerektiren küçük mine defektleri ve diastemaların
restorasyonunda, kırık dişlerin tamiri, mine hipoplazileri ve renklenmelerin
tedavisinde tercih edilmektedir.
Bu klinik olgu sunumu; maksiller anterior dişlerinde
şekil ve konum bozukluğu görülen 4 ayrı hastanın direkt kompozit rezin
tekniğiyle tedavisini anlatmaktadır. Direkt kompozit rezin restorasyonların
kullanılması kısa sürede tatmin edici estetik sonuçlar verebilmektedir.
