10.SANAL ÖRGÜTLERDE BİLGİ PAYLAŞIMI VE İNSAN KAYNAKLARI YÖNETİMİ ETKİLEŞİMİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Öz

With the transition to knowledge society insentive usage of knowledge and communication technologies leads to virtuality process in organizations. New and dynamic structure expressed as virtual organization has displayed the characteristics differ from traditional organizations, such as geographical distribution, personalized applications, based on knowledge and communication technologies, employees operating remotely from each other. Besides this, how knowledge sharing factbasically including communication- takes place in virtual organization is an interesting subject. Also human resources management in virtual organizations seen as a process contributed to knowledge sharing in terms of HRM`s structure of being dynamic and directly related to human.The aim of this study is to examine the interaction of the knowledge sharing and human resources management in virtual organizations. With this aim, the conceptual framework of the virtual organization, HRM in virtual organization and the relationship with knowledge sharing are explained through the literature review. The last chapter of the study includes the research about the interaction of knowledge sharing and HRM in the virtual organization. The survey questions measuring the attitudes related to knowledge sharing and HRM functions take place in the survey that is applicated to the virtual employees of quality and consultancy firm. Öz

Bilgi toplumuna geçiş ile birlikte bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinin yoğun kullanımı örgütlerde sanallaşma sürecini başlatmıştır. Sanal örgüt olarak adlandırılan yeni ve dinamik yapıda coğrafi dağınıklık, kişiselleştirilmiş uygulamalar, bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerine dayanma, fiziksel olarak uzakta çalışanların yer alması gibi geleneksel örgütten oldukça farklı özellikler görülmektedir. Bununla birlikte, temelde iletişimi içeren bilgi paylaşımı olgusunun sanal örgütlerde nasıl gerçekleştiği ilgi çekici bir konu olmaktadır. Ayrıca sanal örgütlerde insan kaynakları yönetimi, dinamik yapısı ve doğrudan insanla ilişkili olması açısından bilgi paylaşımına katkı sağlayabilecek bir süreç olarak görülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, sanal örgütlerde bilgi paylaşımı ve insan kaynakları yönetimi etkileşimini araştırmaktır. Bu amaçla, sanal örgütün kavramsal çerçevesi, sanal örgütlerde İKY ve bilgi paylaşımı ile ilişkisi literatür taraması yoluyla açıklanmaktadır. Çalışmanın son bölümü, sanal örgütlerde bilgi paylaşımı-İKY etkileşimine ilişkin bir araştırmayı içermektedir. Kalite ve danışmanlık şirketinin sanal çalışanlarına uygulanan ankette bilgi paylaşımı ve İKY işlevleri ile ilgili tutumları ölçmeye yönelik sorulara yer verilmiş ve 5`li Likert tipi ölçek kullanılmıştır
