Bio
Asst. Prof. Aysen ERCAN İŞTİN completed her undergraduate education in 2010 at Mustafa Kemal Üniversity, Department of Tourism and Hotel Management. In addition, she completed her master’s degree in 2014 at Akdeniz University, Department of Tourism and Hotel Management and her Ph. D. Degree in 2018 at Mersin Universty, Department of Tourism Management. Aysen ERCAN İŞTİN, who started to work as a Research Assistant in 2017, was appointed as a Assistant Profesor in 2018 at department of Tourism and Hotel Management at Şırnak University. She carries on her career as the Head of Gastronomy and Culinar Arts Deparment in the same university. She instructs undergraduate and graduate level in the fields of management and organization and issues related tourism businesses. She has articles, books chapters and papers in the same fields and carries on her studies.
