Abdelkrim Dekhakhena is the head of the department of Arts and English language at the University 8 May 1945 Guelma. He is Assistant professor Doctor of American studies with areas of competence in literature, civilization, culture and politics. His research interests include international relations, American foreign policy, Democracy promotion and the War on Terror; American government and presidential rhetoric. He is alumnus of the Study of the US Institute on Foreign Policy (SUSI) New York, 2017.
