Prof. Dr. Murat Ciniviz is currently serving as a faculty member at Selçuk University, Faculty of Technology, Department of Mechanical Engineering, in Konya, Turkey.
He received his Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Education from Gazi University, Faculty of Technical Education, Department of Mechanical Education, in 1998. In 2022, he earned a second Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Necmettin Erbakan University, SAC Faculty of Engineering. He completed his Master’s degree in Automotive Education at Selçuk University, Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences, in 2001, and obtained his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in 2005.
In 2012, he was awarded the title of Associate Professor in the field of Mechanical Technologies, and since 2017, he has been serving as a Professor.
With 27 years of teaching experience, Prof. Ciniviz has authored numerous articles indexed in the Web of Science under SCI. He has contributed to several book chapters and serves as the Editor-in-Chief and publisher of the International Journal of Automotive Engineering and Technologies.
His research interests include Internal Combustion Engines, Engine Performance and Emission Testing, Combustion Analysis, Thermodynamics, Alternative Fuels, and Engine Design.

Dr. Mustafa Kemal Balki has been working as an academic staff at Sinop University in Turkey since 2006. After receiving his doctorate in 2013, he started working in the Mechanical Engineering Department of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture. Balki, who received the title of Associate Professor in 2024, has academic studies on optimization in alternative fuels and internal combustion engines. He has also published books related to his field of study. Balki, who has ten years of management experience, currently works as the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture.
