Değer Tipleri Ve Öznel İyi Oluş Arasındaki İlişkide Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışının Aracılık Rolü

Year 2016, Volume: 18 Issue: 1, 1 - 22, 01.03.2016

Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the mediation effect of organizational citizenship behavior on the relationship between values and subjective well-being. Data have been collected from 145 employees working in aviation and automotive industry in Eskisehir and Bursa. Analyses showed that achievement, benevolence, conformity, hedonism, security, self-direction, stimulation and universalism values are significantly and positively correlated to organizational citizenship behavior and subjective well-being. Also organizational citizenship behavior serves as a partial mediator in the relationship between achievement, security, self-direction, universalism values and subjective well-being. Furthermore, standardized regression weights and bootstrap significance suggest that organizational citizenship behavior is as a full mediator in the relationship between universalism, benevolence, conformity values andsubjective well-being.
