Adölesan Annelerin Anneliğe Geçiş Süreci ve Hemşirelik Yaklaşımı

Abstract

Anne olmak, var olan ve bilinen bir gerçeklikten, bilinmeyen bir gerçekliğe geçişi içeren büyük ve gelişimsel bir yaşam olayıdır. Bu gelişimsel dönemde kadınların bebekleri ile etkileşimlerine güvenmesi, anne olarak kendilerini yeterli hissetmesi, annelik rolünü içselleştirmesi ve annelik rolünü yaşamda var olan diğer rollerine entegre etmesi ile annelik kimliğini kazanmış olur. Annelik kimlik kazanımı, annelerin geçiş sonrası rollerine uyum sağlamalarına; kişilerarası ilişkilerine, annenin olumsuz duygularıyla başa çıkabilmesine ve duygularını yönetebilmesine, annenin kendini güçlenmiş ve özgür hissetmesine yardımcı olmaktadır. Yaş, sosyal destek, annelik rolüne hazır oluşluk, fiziksel ve psikososyal iyilik hali gibi faktörler annelik kimliğinin kazanılmasında rol oynar. Adölesan anneler anneliğe geçiş ve annelik kimliği kazanımında risk altında olan bir gruptur. Adölesan anne olma, adölesanın başkalarına ve kendine olan güveninin ve benlik saygısının azalmasına neden olmaktadır. Adölesan anneler doğum sonrası yalnızlık duyguları, uyku bozuklukları, kendine-bebeğine zarar verme gibi düşünceleri içeren depresyon açısından da büyük risk altındadırlar. Bununla birlikte adölesan annelerin anksiyete, yüksek stres ve depresyon düzeyleri çocukların motor gelişimlerini olumsuz etkilemektedir. Adölesan annelerin gerek fiziksel gerekse psikosoyal yönden karşılaşabileceği riskler göz önünde bulundurulduğunda anne olmaya geçiş sürecinde özellikle desteklenmeleri gereken bir grup olduğu açıkça görülmektedir. Bu nedenle hemşireler anneliğe geçiş sürecinde adölesanların yaşadıkları değişimleri, bakım gereksinimlerini ve annelerin bu süreçteki tepkilerini anlamalı ve bireye bu doğrultuda bakım vermelidirler.
