Bireylerin Kripto Para Kullanmaya Yönelik Niyetlerinin Teknoloji Kabul Modeli İle İncelenmesi ve Çoklu Grup Analizi

Abstract

Birçok ülkede yasal altyapısı tam olarak oluşmamasına karşın, kripto paraların kullanımı gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Bu noktada bireylerin kripto paralara yönelik tutumunu ve kullanma niyetini etkileyen faktörlerin öğrenilmesi önemlidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, teknoloji kabul modelindeki algılanan kullanım kolaylığı ve algılanan fayda boyutlarının bireylerin kripto para kullanmaya yönelik tutum ve niyeti üzerindeki etkisini belirlemektir. Bu modele kripto paralarla ilgili olarak birçok paydaş tarafından belirtilen riskleri ifade etmek için diğer bir öncül olarak algılanan risk boyutu da eklenmiştir. Çalışmada ayrıca önerilen araştırma modelinin cinsiyet ve yaş değişkenlerine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini ortaya konması amaçlanmıştır. Analiz için gerekli veriler, kripto para kullanma deneyimi yaşamış bireylerden anket veri toplama aracıyla toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, Smart PLS yapısal eşitlik modellemesi analiziyle değerlendirilmiştir. Analizler sonucunda algılanan kullanım kolaylığı ve algılanan faydanın kripto para kullanımına ilişkin tutum üzerinde anlamlı ve pozitif bir etkiye sahip olduğu bulunmuştur. Algılanan riskin tutum üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisi ise bulunmamıştır. Çoklu grup analiz sonuçları, kripto para kullanmaya yönelik tutumun niyet üzerindeki etkisinin yaşa göre farklılaştığını ancak cinsiyete göre önerilen hipotezlerde anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmadığını göstermektedir. Araştırma sonuçları, bireylerin kripto para kullanımına yönelik tutum ve niyetine etki eden faktörleri ortaya koyması açısından, merkezi finans kurumları, kripto para yatırımcıları, kripto para hizmet sağlayıcıları ve yasal otoriteler için önemli bir bakış açısı sağlamaktadır.
