Abstract

This work, penned to contribute to studies within the realms of nafs psychology and spirituality, is a qualitative research endeavor that seeks to explore the nafs psychology approach in both theoretical and practical contexts. Drawing insights from existing works in the field and practical experiences in the psychotherapy process, the study aims to provide guidance for future research and holds significance as the first academic exploration in the field of nafs psychology in Turkey.

Nefs Psikolojisi: Kuram & Uygulama

Abstract

Nefs psikolojisi ve maneviyat kapsamında yapılan çalışmalara katkı sağlaması amacıyla kaleme alınan bu eser, alanda yapılan diğer çalışmalardan ve psikoterapi sürecindeki pratik deneyimlerden faydalanarak nefs psikolojisi yaklaşımını teorik ve pratik çerçevede ele almayı hedefleyen nitel bir araştırmadır. Kendisinden sonra alanda yapılacak çalışmalara yol gösterici nitelikte olması ve Türkiye’de nefs psikolojisi alanında akademik anlamda yapılan ilk çalışma olması bakımından önemlidir.
