Publication Right Transfer Form

The manuscripts submitted to the journal are first reviewed by the Managing Editor and/or the Journal's Editorial Secretaries. Studies that do not pass this first review are rejected. Reasons for rejection at this stage include, but are not limited to, the fact that the manuscript has been edited without complying with the journal writing rules, the iThenticate similarity report is above 20%, there are features that are not in accordance with the journal publication principles, etc. The manuscripts that pass the first evaluation are put on the agenda for the review of the Editorial Board. Reasons for rejection at this stage include, but are not limited to; the study is outside the scope of the journal's publication, it does not comply with the journal's publication ethics and/or publication principles, it is determined that it is not sufficient to be included in the referee evaluation process, etc. Studies that pass the Editorial Board evaluation are taken to the referee evaluation stage. Expert referees are determined to evaluate the study by applying the opinions of the Editorial Board. The study is sent to at least two referees by the double blind referee system, and other referees may be consulted if the reports received are contradictory or insufficient. The manuscripts for which corrections are requested by the referees are resubmitted to the same referees after being reviewed by the authors. At this stage, manuscripts that are not found sufficient by the referees are rejected. The final publication decision for refereed manuscripts is made by the Editorial Board. Positive referee reports are not binding for the Editorial Board, but are primarily taken into consideration in decision-making. The final review and editing of the manuscripts approved for publication by the Editorial Board is carried out by the Managing Editor. Articles written in English and English abstracts of all articles are reviewed by the English Editor at this stage. Plagiarism Policy: Articles submitted for publication are expected to comply with the spelling, punctuation, and general rules of the language in which they are written. The editor and the editorial board first review manuscripts submitted to the journal within the framework of the aforementioned criteria, and then, after being found appropriate, they are scanned for ‘plagiarism’ with the help of various scanning software [currently the iThenticate programme].
