Çalışmayan Evli Kadınların Sosyal Destek Düzeyleri ile Yaşam Doyumları Arasındaki İlişki ve Etkileyen Faktörler

Öz



Amaç: Bu
araştırma çalışmayan evli kadınların sosyal destek düzeyleri ile yaşam
doyumları arasındaki ilişki ve etkileyen faktörleri belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı.



Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı
tipte olan araştırmanın evrenini 10 Mart-13 Mayıs 2015 tarihleri arasında
Malatya il merkezinde bulunan iki ASM’ye kayıtlı 15 yaş ve üzeri çalışmayan
evli kadınlar oluşturdu. Örneklemi ise; çalışma kriterlerine uyan ve araştırmaya
katılmayı kabul eden 254 çalışmayan evli kadınlar oluşturdu. Veriler
araştırmacılar tarafından literatür taraması yapılarak oluşturulan anket formu,
Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği ve Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği kullanılarak
yüz yüze görüşme tekniği ile toplandı. Verilerin analizinde; sayı, yüzde, Anova,
t testi ve Korelasyon kullanıldı.



Bulgular: Araştırmaya
katılan kadınların yaş ortalamasının 40.11±11.46 olduğu, yaşam doyumları ve sosyal
desteklerinin ise orta düzeyde olduğu saptandı. Sosyal destek ile yaşam doyumu
arasında pozitif yönde bir ilişki olduğu, sosyal destek arttıkça yaşam doyumunun
da arttığı belirlendi.



Sonuç: Sosyal
destek düzeyi yüksek olan kadınların yaşam doyumları da yükselmektedir. Buna
göre sosyal desteği olan kadınlar hayata daha olumlu yönden bakabildikleri için
özellikle çalışmayan kadınların sosyal destek düzeyleri arttırılmalıdır.

The Relationship Between the Social Support Levels and Life Satisfaction of Married Nonworking Women and the factors affecting

Aim: This study
was conducted to determinate
the relationship between the social
support levels and life satisfaction of married women who are nonworking and
the factors affecting



Methods: Population of this descriptive study
consisted of

married women who are
non-working  aged 15 and over
at
the registered 2 family health center found in the city center of Malatya in
the  between 10 March and 13 May 2015. The
sample consisted of 254 married woman who non-working, agreed with the study
criteria and agreed to participate in the survey.  The data were collected by the researchers
using questionnaire form prepared upon the literature review, life satisfaction
scale and multidimensional perceived social support scale through face-to-face
interview method.
In the analysis of the data; number,
percent, Anova, t test and correlation were used.



Results: The
average age of the women participating in the survey was 40.11 ± 11.46, and
life satisfaction and social support were found to be moderate. It was
determined that there is a positive relationship between social support and
life satisfaction, as the social support increases, life satisfaction also
increases.



Conclusion: Life
satisfaction of women with a high level of social support also increases.
Accordingly, since women with social support can look more positively from the
other side, social support levels of women who do not work in particular should
be increased.
