Social peace one of the fundamental determinants of health. In the case of violence and insecurity, the indicators of health level drops rapidly. In this article, it is aimed to examine the emerging health problems after the Syrian War. The results show that there has been a significant increase in the prevalence of infectious diseases both in Syria and in neighboring countries after the war. There has been considerable decrease in the level of maternal health. Disabilities and deaths increased due to unmet needs. Over six years, more than 2% of the population died and 10% seriously injured. The life span has been shortened by 20 years, and the quality of life has decreased. Society has been shaken and spoiled in spirit. In order to ensure social peace, peaceful solutions such as dialogue, discussion, compromise, concession, apology, law, and politics should be defended, and any kind of violence should be rejected by healthcare workers. Building social peace must be one of the basic subjects of healthcare workers and public health.
