The main aim of this study was initially to identify training needs of corporate and operational levels in medium and large-sized businesses in Kyrgyzstan. In this context, it was administered face-to-face interviews with totally 294 business owners or managers who were simply random sampled in 7 different regions in Kyrgyzstan, using structured questionnaire. With respect to the obtained results, it was identified more than 30 training sets from 6 different main subjects of busi-ness and management issues.

Основной целью данного исследования было определение потребности в обучении пер-сонала средних и крупных предприятий Кыргызстана. В этом контексте был проведен опрос 294 владельцев предприятий и управляющих высшего и среднего звена. Выбор респондентов осуществлялся методом простого случайного отбора в семи регионах Кыргызстана, с ис-пользованием структурированного вопросника. В результате исследования были выявлены наиболее важные темы для обучения персонала по вопросам коммерческой деятельности и управления.
