Örügtsel Faktörlerin Kurumsal Kaynak Planlaması ve Örgütsel Performans Üzerindeki Etkisi: İMKB Şirketleri Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Öz

Costly, complex and time consuming process of enterprise resource planning softwares cause a big failure of these softwares. The aim of our study is to analyze effect of organizational factors and to analyze reflections of the application success of ERP on organizational performance and to make suggestions. Within this framework, this study focused on organizational factors affecting success of ERP in the level of strategic management. In the research, factor, correlation, and regression analysis methods have been used to analyze the relationship between the organizational factors and the success of enterprise resource planning. Öz

Kurumsal kaynak planlaması uygulamalarının maliyetli, karmaşık ve zaman alıcı bir sürece sahip olması, bu uygulamaların yüksek düzeyde başarısız olmasına neden olmuştur. Çalışmanın amacı, örgütsel faktörlerin kurumsal kaynak planlaması uygulama başarısı üzerindeki etkisini ve örgütsel performansa yansımalarını analiz ederek önerilerde bulunmaktır. Bu kapsamda çalışmada kurumsal kaynak planlaması başarısını etkileyen stratejik yönetim seviyesindeki örgütsel faktörlere odaklanılmıştır. Örgütsel faktörler ile kurumsal kaynak planlaması başarısı arasındaki ilişkileri ölçmek üzere çalışmada korelasyon, regresyon ve faktör analiz yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada kurumsal kaynak planlaması başarısı üzerindeki en önemli etkiye sahip faktörün, stratejik niyet faktörü olduğunu kabul etmektedirler. Bu sonuç ise Kurumsal kaynak planlaması yazılımlarının stratejik yazılım olduğu kanısını oluşturmaktadır.
