Biyografi
Semra POLAT is a lecturer at Muş Alparslan University, Faculty of Education, Department of Mathematics Education. He graduated from Kafkas University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Mathematics, with the third place in the department. He completed his master's degree in Analysis and Theory of Functions at the same university. He received his PhD from Ankara Gazi University, Gazi Education Faculty, Mathematics Education Program. He has taught mathematics in various private and public schools. He has national and international published articles, translated book chapters and conference papers. At the same time, he presented his academic studies in education congress/seminar programs organized in Turkey and abroad (Spain, France, etc.). The researcher serves as a panelist in the Draft Textbook Reviews of the Ministry of National Education Board of Education and Discipline. His research areas include teacher education (mathematics), mathematics teacher competencies, curriculum, textbooks, algebra.
