Use of Tadalafil and Trazodone in The Treatment of Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction is the most common sexual problem in men. In today's conditions, medication interventions are accepted as the first option. From January 2014 to September 2016, 153 patients who had been admitted to the outpatient clinic due to erectile problems were examined retrospectively. The patient was recommended to take a daily 2x50 mg trazodone tablet, 1x5 mg tadalafil tablet orally. Patients were invited to the control examination at the 1st, 3rd and 6th months. Tadalafil and trazodone were given together to achieve a successful sexual intercourse rate of 79%. Administration of antidepressive agent besides PDEi5 inhibitors in the context of first-line drug therapy when treating the erectile dysfunction in men can affect the success of the treatment positively.

Sertleşme Sorunu Tedavisinde Tadalafil ve Trazodonun Birlikte Kullanımı

Öz

Sertleşme sorunu erkeklerde ejekülasyon problemlerinden sonra en çok görülen cinsel sorundur. Tedavisinde günümüz koşullarında oral kullanım medikal tedavi yöntemleri ilk seçenek olarak kabul görmektedir. Ocak 2014-Eylül 2016 tarihleri arasında sertleşme sorunu nedeniyle polikliniğe başvuran 153 hasta retrospektif olarak incelendi. Hastalara günlük 2x50 mg trazodon tablet, 1x5 mg tadalafil tablet oral yoldan alması önerildi. Hastalar 1., 3. ve 6. aylarda kontrol muayenesine davet edildi. Tadalafil ile trazodon birlikte verilerek %79 başarılı cinsel ilişki oranına ulaşılmıştır. Erkeklerde gözlenen sertleşme sorunu tedavi edilirken birinci basamak ilaç tedavisi kapsamında fosfodiesteraz 5 PDE5 inhibitörlerinin yanında antidepresanın da uygulanması tedavinin başarısını olumlu yönde etkileyebilir
