Stratejik iş birliği motivasyonu ölçeği: İşletmeleri stratejik iş birliği yapmaya yönelten nedenlerin belirlenmesine yönelik bir ölçek geliştirme

Öz

Bu araştırmanın amacı, işletmeleri stratejik iş birlikleri yapmaya yönelten nedenleri ölçmeye yönelik geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracının geliştirilmesidir. Keşfedici nitelikte olan araştırmada Schwab (1980) tarafından önerilen üç aşamalı ölçek geliştirme süreci kullanılmıştır. İlk aşamada tümdengelim ve tümevarım yöntemleri birlikte kullanılarak yazın taraması, 20 uzmanla derinlemesine mülakat ve 4 odak grup çalışmasını içeren nitel keşif çalışması aracılığıyla ölçekte yer alabilecek ifadeler derlenmiş ve 102 maddeden oluşan önerme havuzu oluşturulmuştur. İkinci aşamada 5 uzmanın ölçek maddelerine yönelik içerik, anlam ve dil bütünlüğü açısından değerlendirmeler yapması sağlanarak kapsam geçerliliği sağlanmıştır. 50 yöneticiyle yapılan pilot uygulama neticesinde elde edilen 34 maddelik taslak ölçek, iki bölümden oluşan bir soru formuna dönüştürülmüştür. Anket formu, amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak online uygulama araçlarından biri aracılığıyla en az bir stratejik iş birliği yapmış işletmelerin sahip/hissedar veya yöneticisi olan 500 kişiye 2022 Ekim ve Kasım aylarında online ortamda uygulanmıştır. SPSS 21 ve AMOS 21 programları kullanılarak veri çözümlemeleri yapılmıştır. Açıklayıcı faktör analizi bulguları, 28 madde ve 4 faktörden (pazara yönelik motivatörler, yetenek geliştirmeye yönelik motivatörler, finansal motivatörler, bürokratik motivatörler) oluşan yapı geçerliği sağlanmış bir model ortaya çıkarmıştır. Üçüncü aşama olan ölçeğin değerlendirilmesi aşamasında 4 faktörlü oluşan yapı, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ile sınanmış ve kabul edilebilir uyum iyiliği indeks değerleri elde edilmiştir. Ölçeğin güvenilirliği için cronbach alpha iç tutarlılık katsayıları incelenmiş, tüm boyutlarda ve ölçeğin tamamında güvenilir değerler elde edilmiştir. Sonuçta istatistiksel açıdan geçerli ve güvenilir bir “stratejik iş birliği motivasyonu ölçeği” elde edilmiştir.

The strategic alliance motivation scale: Developing a scale for identifying the reasons that drive businesses to engage in strategic alliance

Öz

The purpose of the research is to develop a valid and reliable measurement tool to measure the reasons that lead businesses to make strategic alliances. The three-stage scale development process proposed by Schwab (1980) was used in the study, which is an exploratory research method. In the first stage, using deductive and inductive methods together, the statements that can be included in the scale were compiled through a qualitative exploration study including literature review, in-depth interviews with 20 experts and 4 focus group studies, and a proposition pool consisting of 102 items was created. In the second stage, content validity was ensured by enabling 5 experts to evaluate the scale items in terms of content, meaning and language integrity. The 34-item draft scale, which was obtained as a result of the pilot application with 50 managers, was transformed into a questionnaire consisting of two parts. The questionnaire was applied online in October and November 2022 to 500 people who are owners/shareholders or managers of businesses that have made at least one strategic alliance by choosing the purposive sampling method through one of the online application tools. Data analyzes were performed using SPSS 21 and AMOS 21 programs. The exploratory factor analysis findings revealed a model with 28 items and 4 factors (market motivators, talent development motivators, financial motivators, bureaucratic motivators) with construct validity. In the third stage, which is the evaluation of the scale, the structure consisting of 4 factors was tested with confirmatory factor analysis and acceptable goodness of fit index values were obtained. Cronbach alpha internal consistency coefficients were examined for the reliability of the scale, and reliable values were obtained in all dimensions and in the whole scale. As a result, a statistically valid and reliable “strategic alliance motivation scale” was obtained.
