Şanlıurfa, which contains many archaeological sites and cultural heritage structures belonging to ancient times, also includes the archaeological site known as the City of Şuayip (Şuayip Şehri) due to the belief that it is the place where the Prophet Şuayip lived. Archaeological sites and the structures unearthed in these areas are of importance both in terms of cultural tourism and in scientific literature. In this study, a three-dimensional model of an artifact in the City of Şuayip was produced using terrestrial and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) photogrammetry. Due to the unique disadvantages of both different data sets, dense point cloud and three-dimensional model production has been realized with the combined data set. The combined model was more meaningful than the models obtained from individual sources since the photographs obtained from the UAV include the upper part of the artifact and the photographs taken from the ground completely include the facades of the artifact. Point cloud and modeling process were carried out with 216 terrestrial and 26 UAV photographs. Since the coordinate systems in the two different data sets are different, a conversion was made between points with the Iterative Closest Point (ICP) method. As a result of the study, approximately 7.6 million points were produced from the photographs taken from the ground and approximately 2.2 million points from the photographs taken from the UAV.
