Mobil cihazların uzaktan eğitime olumlu katkıları

Abstract

Mobil teknolojilerdeki gelişme, uzaktan eğitimin masaüstü bilgisayarlardan mobil cihazlara doğru bir değişim-gelişim göstermesine neden olmuştur. Mobil eğitim, kullanıcıların hareket halinde iken öğrenmek için mobil cihazları kullanması sürecine verilen bir isimdir. Mobil eğitim, mobil teknoloji ve uzaktan eğitimin bir birleşimidir. Mobil eğitimin uzaktan eğitimin gelecekteki şekli veya gelecekte ortaya çıkabilecek diğer eğitim şekillerinin bütünleşik bir parçası olacağı düşünülmektedir. Mekâna bağlı kalmadan öğrenmek, özellikle bazı meslek grupları için önemli bir yarar veya avantaj olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, akademik ve endüstriyel çevreler tarafından desteklenen mobil eğitim çalışmaları incelenmektedir. Bunu yaparken aynı zamanda mobil eğitimin mevcut durumundan bahsedilmekte ve uzaktan eğitime olumlu katkıları tartışılmaktadır

Affirmative contributions of mobile devices to distance education

Abstract

The new challenges in mobile technologies gave rise to change or improvement of distance education via desktop computers to mobile devices. Mobile learning is a name of process that usage of mobile devices by users to learn while moving. Mobile learning is a combination of mobile technologies and distance education. It is believed that mobile learning will be an integrated part of the other types of education that will arise, or even the state of distance education in the future. Learning without limited to a place is a big advantage and benefit for learners, especially for learners in some special professions. In this study, mobile learning studies supported by academic and non-academic institutions are examined. While doing this, the current situation of mobile learning is mentioned and the affirmative affects of mobile learning to distance education are discussed
