ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS THE CLASSIC: OPTIONS AND EXOTIC OPTIONS OVERVIEW
Abstract
Today one of the options from the popular financial investment instruments or in other words, with the option contracts, investors should return they provide in terms of both people and is widely used by special conditions. Options are divided into two classes themselves as standard and non-standard options. Standard (vanilla) option called outside options, widely used in recent years and with many varieties are called exotic options with non-standard or in other words the option type that can provide special conditions for investors. Exotic options; can provide the conditions under which the investor investors want to completely flexible, it was concluded that the specific options that can be adjusted risk-return balance. Exotic options in this regard be constantly upgraded and can be replicated, it appears that investors a financial instrument with special qualifications.

Öz
Günümüzün popüler finansal yatırım araçlarından birisi olan opsiyonlar veya diğer bir ifade ile opsiyon sözleşmeleri, gerek yatırımcılar açısından sağladıkları getiri ve gerekse kişiye özel koşulları ile yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Opsiyonlar kendi aralarında standart ve standart olmayan opsiyonlar olarak iki sınıfa ayrılmaktadır. Standart (Vanilya) opsiyonlar olarak adlandırılan opsiyonlar dışında, son dönemlerde yaygın olarak kullanılan ve pek çok çeşidi bulunan, yatırımcı için özel koşullar sağlayabilen opsiyon türüne standart olmayan veya diğer bir ifade ile egzotik opsiyonlar denmektedir. Egzotik opsiyonlar; yatırımcılar açısından tamamen yatırımcının istediği koşulları sağlayabilen, esnek, risk-getiri dengesi ayarlanabilen özellikli opsiyonlar olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu bağlamda egzotik opsiyonlar sürekli geliştirilebilen ve çoğaltılabilen, yatırımcıya özel niteliklere sahip finansal bir enstrüman olduğu ortaya çıkmaktadır.
