FROM THE ANCİENT GREECE TO ROME, FROM THE RHETORİC TO PROPAGANDE

Abstract

The existence of propaganda in ancient Greece are discussed. If we really will review the results of the site, opposite to propaganda, it is difficult to determine the existence of an ideological and psychological effort. Ceremonies can be considered propaganda-oriented activities. But propaganda is essential for a relationship with a regulatory power and the elements. Here's the problem that manifests itself here; public action is devoid of all facts, it has does not have. It is impossible to say that ancient Greece was far from the case altogether. During this period there are two important techniques of communication: propaganda and rhetoric. These two important techniques developed in the Greek site, has become an indispensable weapon of political power in Rome.

ANTİK YUNAN’DAN ROMA’YA RETORİKTEN PROPAGANDAYA

Abstract

Antik Yunan'da bir propaganda olgusunun varlığı tartışılmaktadır. Gerçekten siteye ait olan bulgular incelenecek olursa, propagandaya dönük, ideolojik ve psikolojik bir çabanın varlığını farketmek zordur. Bayramlar, propagandaya yönelik, etkinlikler gibi görülmektetedir. Ama Propaganda için zorunlu olan, iktidar ile bir ilişki ve bir düzenleme ögesidir. Burada kendini gösteren sorun; kamusal bir eylemin tüm bu olgularından yoksun olup, olmamasıdır. Antik Yunanın söz konusu bu olgudan tümden uzak olduğunu söylemek de, mümkün değildir. Dönemin iki önemli iletişim tekniği bulunmaktadır: Retorik ve Propaganda Bu iki önemli teknik Yunan sitesinde gelişmiş, Roma da da siyasal iktidarların vazgeçilmez silahı olmuştur.
